CHANGES

Dear First Grade Parent(s),

Due to the several scheduled activites this week, we will not be working from the reading series. I feel it is necessary for the students to have adequate time to learn and comprehend new skills and concepts. I do not want the students to feel rushed through the new skills and concepts that we will be learning from the reading series. We will utilize our instructional time this week to reinforce previously taught skills and concepts and to focus on more challenging skills. The students are expected to continue reading their special reading bag story throughout the week.
