Book Cover Request

In the next few days, your child will be bringing home their hardback reading book.  I am requesting that the new book be covered.  I have found that the "Jumbo" nylon, stretchable book covers work best for the first grade students.  The nylon, stretchable cover allows the students to remove and reuse the cover when receiving a new book.  Throughout the school year, the students will read their weekly stories from six hardback reading books. The nylon, stretchable cover helps to protect the life of the book, as well as, to give the students a way to distinguish their book from other books in the classroom.  You can find these book covers at Wal-Mart, Staples, or K-Mart.
