We will celebrate Halloween on Thursday afternoon with a Halloween Parade and Primary Sock Hop with grade K-3.
If you wish to send in snacks/treats there are 18 students in the classroom. Please be respectful of the Wellness Policy established by the school district and do not send in snacks and/or treats that contain sugar as the first ingredient. If sugary treats are sent in they will be returned home with your child. Please remember that the Wellness Policy was established by the district and not by the teachers. Also, baked goods are not permitted to be sent in.
A few reminders regarding Halloween costumes. Please send your child’s costume in a bag with their name and room number labeled on the outside of the bag. Students will dress in their Halloween costume in the afternoon before the parade and will change into their school clothes after the parade. Please be sure to
not send in replicas of weapons that are part of your child’s Halloween costume.
