I am requesting that
no toys (stuffed animals, figurines, dolls, etc..) be brought to school. Toys from home are becoming an issue when it comes to placing school items (books and folder) into backpacks. Backpacks are full of toys and students are finding they have to shove their reading book and folder into their backpack. There are plenty of toys and games that are housed in the classroom for the students. We will begin making some changes in our classroom to follow the expectations of 2nd grade.
